- Before you having you vacation better consult with your doctor, is it OK for you to have some tan while having vacation in Bali. This is the precautions you need to do to avoid bad things later on.

- You just need to bring some sun lotion with you specially the lotion that contain SFS 28 which good for protecting your skin. You must bring sun lotion with you or even packed extra bottle of them because you just don't know if you can find suitable sun lotion in Bali. Its sometimes not easy to find such product specially if you choose your destination in less developed area of Bali.

- A pair of sunglasses is very useful for giving extra protection against direct sun radiation. If you visiting the beach while on your vacation in Bali then your sunglasses also useful to help you see the view and the scenery more clear.


- If you find that sun lotion and sun glasses are not enough then care to bring some long sleeved shirts and a couple of long pants for extra protection. The less skin area exposed the better. If appropriate, wear boots and socks and tuck pant legs into them.

- If you are on to some tour around the island then you must try not to put yourself below direct sun light for too long. If you want to wear long sleeved shirts for extra protection please do or just stay under some trees or under the shade is enough.
